- Check it is not damaged or covered by a sticker
- Ask for a replacement if it is damaged
Tag blocked or blacklisted
- Low balance: add money and wait for the status to update
- KYC pending: complete KYC on the issuer's portal
- Wrong vehicle or class: contact the issuer with your RC
