How it works
A wired tracker is fitted to the bike, receives location from satellites and sends data through a SIM to a tracking server. The app shows the latest reported position and history.
A geo-fence is a virtual boundary around a place such as home or office. Safe-parking features vary by model, so check whether yours supports vibration, movement or parking alerts. Fall or unusual-movement alerts can be false or missed. Treat them as an aid, not a replacement for emergency services.

Questions we hear often
Can I track my bike from my phone?
Yes, when the device, an active plan and the app support it.
Will GPS always show the exact location?
No. Satellite view, network and device conditions affect accuracy and update speed.
Can GPS guarantee bike recovery?
No. It gives useful information. Recovery is not guaranteed.
Is a subscription needed?
Many connected trackers need a data and software plan. We confirm it for your model.
